Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR intern to join our team. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of human resources while supporting our HR department in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities and events
• Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvement
• Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
• Support the coordination of training programs and workshops

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
• Good in content Research

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 per month
