Position Responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR operations
• Manage employee records and documentation
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
• Take care of employee attendance and leave tracking
• Support in payroll and salary processing
• Resolve employee issues or complaints
• Ensure company policies are followed
• Help create a good and professional work environment

Must-Haves:

• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Basic knowledge of HR rules and practices
• Good communication and people skills
• Able to work from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Preference given to candidates with travel industry experience
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities
