Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records (hard and soft copies)

  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documents

  • Track and manage employee attendance, leave records, and absences

  • Assist in preparing payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in leave deductions, overtime, etc.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including orientation, document collection, and induction

  • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring smooth exit formalities and final settlements

  • Prepare necessary forms and clearance certificates

Employee Relations & Support:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns

  • Support grievance handling and promote a positive work environment

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure fair application of company policies

Visa & Government Relations:

  • Coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labor card updates

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and regulations related to employment contracts and work permits

  • Track visa expiry dates and assist in timely renewals

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with labor regulations

  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, headcount, etc.)

  • Assist in internal or external audits related to HR
