Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR operations at the plant level, ensuring seamless coordination with Head Office HR.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for staff and contractual workforce.
  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, and welfare initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage performance appraisal and competency development processes.
  • Maintain harmonious industrial relations and handle disciplinary matters.
  • Partner with plant leadership to support productivity, retention, and workforce stability.
  • Prepare HR budgets, MIS, and manpower reports for management review.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and HRIS management.
  • Champion health, safety, and ethical workplace practices.
