About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to manage and oversee all aspects of Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational structuring
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and training programs
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–7 years of HR experience (industry-specific experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent)
  • Experience in a multi-national or regulated industry environment
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
