Human Resources Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor daily clock-in/out records and oversee all types of employee leaves and vacations.
  2. Prepare monthly attendance reports, including overtime, lateness, and unpaid absences, for the payroll department.
  3. Represent the company at the Labor Office and Social Insurance authority for inspections and document submissions.
  4. Manage Form 1 (hiring) and Form 6 (termination) procedures and ensure all employee files are 100% compliant with legal requirements.
  5. Oversee the issuance, renewal, and legal termination of employment contracts in accordance with Labor Law.
  6. Prepare and submit periodic legal reports, such as the 5% disability quota and annual labor statistical forms.


Job Requirements (Qualifications)


-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of proven experience as a Personnel or HR Officer, specifically handling Labor Office relations.

-Deep understanding of Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with biometric attendance software or HRIS.

-Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with government inspectors and representatives.
