Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to manage all HR functions in line with company policies and Qatar Labor Law. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Arabic & English) with strong communication, organizational, and compliance skills, and will serve as a key link between management and employees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administer the full employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Prepare employment offers, contracts, and other HR documentation in both Arabic and English
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR database
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Support management in employee relations, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Liaise with government entities and PRO for visas, renewals, and other labor-related matters
  • Draft HR correspondence, memos, and official letters in Arabic and English

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Qatar
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) — mandatory
  • In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and MOL procedures
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR4,500.00 per month
