Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and is skilled in screening and talent acquisition. This role plays a key part in building a strong talent pipeline to support our organization's growth and success. The skills we’re looking for include excellent organization ability, familiarity with HR software and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and company career portals.
- Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and manage recruitment events such as job fairs and campus drives.
- Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure proper documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.
- Carries out any additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Extremely strong communications skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and self-manage workload, Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS or recruitment modules in HR software
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
