HR Specialist – Retail & Real Estate Development

Kalyon Holding, one of Turkey’s leading conglomerates with major investments in infrastructure, construction, energy, and real estate, is seeking an HR Specialist to join the Human Resources team of its foreign-partnered group company operating in retail and real estate development.

What we are looking for:

• Min. 5 years of HR experience ( focus on recruitment & payroll )
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law and related regulations
• Advanced MS Office skills, experience with SAP HR or similar software
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Fluent in English

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with labor law
• Prepare HR reports for senior management
• Manage employee relations and implement HR policies
