Salary Offered : 30k to 35k (As per industry experience)

Key Functions:

• 4-6 years of industry experience and working knowledge of job portals.
• Must be familiar with niche hiring, lateral hiring’s and general hiring’s.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: Attracting, Screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates, and integrating them into the company.
• Compensation & Benefits: Managing payroll, benefits plans, and compensation structures.
• Employee Relations: Fostering a positive work culture, resolving conflicts, and serving as a link between employees and management.
• Management Information System.
• Training & Development: Supporting employee growth and aligning their goals with business objectives.
• Imprest Account, Petty Cash, CRM tracking.
• Bridging in between Employees and Employer.
• Onboarding and Offboarding of Employees.
• Full & Final Settlement.
