Build People-First HR Practices in a Growing Consulting Firm

Travis Bezos Consulting FZ-LLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support and strengthen our people operations in Sharjah. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle and wants to grow within a fast-moving, professional consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with UAE labour laws
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Assist with performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives
• Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
• Support HR reporting, audits, and internal process improvements
• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Officer, or similar role
• Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage but not required.
