Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our company operating in the automotive industry.


General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources; preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in multinational companies and/or global reporting processes.
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal communication and reporting).
  • Practical experience in labor law, social security regulations, payroll operations, and fringe benefits processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.
  • Active involvement in process improvement and system development initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially advanced Excel).
  • Knowledge of SAP HR and/or SAP SuccessFactors is considered an asset.


Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Analyze workforce planning activities in line with production targets and organizational needs; prepare relevant datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor timekeeping, leave, absenteeism, benefits, and incentive processes; analyze variances and propose corrective actions.
  • Coordinate training and development plans; support needs assessments and follow up on implementation processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports; ensure timely and accurate data submission in line with the global reporting calendar.
  • Monitor the local implementation of global policies and procedures; actively support compliance processes and coordinate audit preparations.
  • Contribute to HR digitalization and system development projects by conducting process analyses and supporting implementation phases.
  • Conduct organizational structure analyses; perform headcount tracking, workforce planning support, and position budget alignment controls.
