Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Lahore. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with workplace regulations. Key responsibilities include handling personnel management tasks, supporting recruitment efforts, and maintaining a positive work culture. The role also involves managing HR-related documentation and addressing employee concerns effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in HR Policies, including the development and implementation of organizational guidelines
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage employee relations and foster a productive work environment
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
