We’re All American HVAC, a fast-growing, locally owned heating and cooling company in Crown Point, Indiana. We’re hiring an HVAC Apprentice who’s motivated, dependable, and ready to learn. Whether you’ve worked in construction, plumbing, electrical—or you're green but driven—this is your shot to learn a skilled trade the right way.

What You’ll Do

• Assist lead techs with installs, maintenance, and repairs
• Learn hands-on & virtually every day while gaining real HVAC experience
• Keep job sites, shop, and vans stocked and clean
• Use HouseCall Pro to update job details and upload photos (we’ll train you)
• Learn to identify system issues and support the team
• Represent our company professionally at every home

What You Bring

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic mechanical sense or experience in trades (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics/basements
• Reliability and strong communication skills

-Location: Based in Crown Point, IN – Serving Lake & Porter County and Border of IL

-Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (OT available)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
