HVAC Foreman

We are looking for AC Foreman with Min 7 years of UAE experience in High Rise Buildings, Villa and residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage HVAC technicians and subcontractors on construction sites.
• Oversee installation of AC systems (split, ducted, chilled water, package units, VRF/VRV, etc.).
• Read and interpret HVAC/shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, civil, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure quality and compliance of all HVAC installations as per project and safety standards.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare site progress reports for submission.
• Handle troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available on-site as per schedule.
• Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants/clients when required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related trade.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC supervision within building construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and perform quantity take-offs.
• Familiarity with HVAC standards and codes.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in using basic MS Office (Word, Excel) for reporting.
