Immigration Consultant ( Commission Base ) - Freelance

Job Overview

FEHTAR GROUP is seeking a results-oriented Immigration Sales Consultant with proven experience in the immigration consultancy market.

This is a performance-driven role. Your responsibility is to convert qualified immigration and work permit inquiries into signed clients by delivering accurate advice, realistic expectations, and ethical sales practices.

If you cannot handle targets, lack immigration sales experience, or rely on exaggeration to close deals, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound immigration inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and web leads
• Conduct structured consultations (in-person and virtual) to understand client goals
• Assess eligibility for immigration and work permit programs
• Present suitable pathways with transparent timelines, fees, and limitations
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build trust through honest, professional communication
• Collect initial documentation and ensure service agreements are completed accurately
• Maintain detailed records and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Coordinate effectively with case processing and legal teams after client sign-up

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 1 year UAE experience as an Immigration Consultant
• Proven track record of closing immigration or work permit sales
• Strong working knowledge of: Canada (Express Entry, PNPs) or Europe Work Permits
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Hindi and/or Urdu
• Experience selling multiple immigration and work permit programs
• Background in regulated or compliance-focused consultancies
