Immigration Coordinator

Overview

Responsible for preparing, processing, and submitting official government applications and documentation related to visas, labor, immigration, Emirates ID/Iqama, business licensing, and other regulatory services. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of documents.

Your role
  • Prepare and type applications for:
    • Visa applications (new, renewal, cancellation, transfer).
    • Work permits and labor contracts.
    • Emirates ID / Iqama applications.
    • Medical and insurance forms.
    • Trade license applications and amendments.
  • Upload documents into government portals (e.g., MOHRE, Immigration, Absher, etc.).
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Advise clients on required documents and procedures.
  • Coordinate with government departments and PROs when needed.
  • Track application status and follow up on pending cases.
  • Maintain proper filing (physical and digital records).
  • Ensure compliance with local labor and immigration laws.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience in typing center or government processing services (UAE/KSA experience is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of government portals such as:
    • Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).
    • General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
    • Absher (KSA).
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (Arabic & English preferred).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of visa rules, labor law basics, and documentation processes.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Typing Clerk, Data Entry Clerk, Office Clerk, or similar administrative role.
