Join our team at Santex and play a key role in managing import operations, customs coordination, and supply chain activities.

Job Purpose.

Imports Executive will be responsible for planning and executing logistics programs, verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods, prepare goods for dispatch, arrange clearance and collection of imported cargo from customs and bond stores, and arrange shipment of cargo for export. Coordination with all Internal/External stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import operations, from shipment planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain all import and logistics documentation.
• Arrange customs clearance and coordinate cargo collection from customs and bonded warehouses.
• Process and maintain import-related payment records.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs procedures, and State Bank of Pakistan circulars.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.
• Support multimodal supply chain operations and cross-functional projects as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in import operations and supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and State Bank of Pakistan import policies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• effectively.
