Inbound Lead Qualification | 60,000 Basic Salary | Night Shift

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused professionals to join our US healthcare team. This role is perfect for those who excel at building quick rapport and prefer a fast-paced inbound environment focused on lead qualification rather than closing deals.

Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be the frontline representative for US-based individuals looking for health coverage. Your primary objective is to evaluate caller needs, confirm eligibility for Medicare or ACA programs, and facilitate a Live Transfer to a senior consultant. This position allows you to focus 100% on lead generation and qualification without the responsibility of final enrollments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming calls from the US with high energy and professional etiquette.
  • Prospect Screening: Guide callers through a brief qualification process using established scripts to identify their insurance requirements.
  • Warm Handoffs: Execute seamless live transfers of qualified prospects to the specialized closing team.
  • Compliance Standards: Maintain strict adherence to campaign guidelines and US telemarketing regulations.
  • Daily KPIs: Consistently meet performance metrics for transfer volume and lead quality.

Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills: Near-native or highly fluent spoken English with a neutral accent is essential for success.
  • Professional History: Experience in US-focused BPO campaigns (particularly Health, Medicare, or Final Expense) is an advantage, but we are open to coaching fresh talent with strong verbal skills.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work the Night Shift (5:45 PM to 4:00 AM) to align with US business hours.
  • Attributes: Confident, persuasive, and capable of maintaining a high level of productivity throughout the shift.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: PKR 60,000.
