Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Incharge Civil to support construction and maintenance-related activities at an operational Gas Plant. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing civil works, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring cost-effective execution of retrofit and maintenance activities in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil construction and maintenance retrofit activities within an operational Gas Plant environment
• Provide senior-level oversight of construction works , ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines
• Coordinate with and manage subcontractors , including evaluation and verification of invoices and work progress
• Assist in project planning and cost control , ensuring optimal utilization of resources
• Support project expediting activities to ensure timely completion of milestones
• Liaise with project stakeholders to resolve site-related issues effectively

Qualification & Experience

• BSc or DAE in Civil Engineering
• At least 10 years of proven experience in maintenance retrofit projects
• Senior-level construction experience in an operating Gas Plant or similar industrial facility
• Strong expertise in subcontractor management , including commercial and billing reviews
• Hands-on experience in planning and cost control
• Demonstrated project expediting and coordination skills
