Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and highly organized Influencer Marketing Specialist to build and lead end-to-end influencer programs for our diverse portfolio of clients. This isn't just about finding people with followers; it’s about architecting a sustainable system that bridges the gap between brand vision and creator execution.

You will be the primary architect of our influencer ecosystem, responsible for everything from initial scouting and creative brief development to the final delivery of high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive influencer marketing programs tailored to specific client goals (Brand Awareness, ROAS, or Community Growth).
  • Talent Scouting & Vetting: Identify and recruit influencers across various niches (Fashion, Tech, Real Estate, Lifestyle, etc.) who align with client brand identities.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with influencers to define the content direction. You will ensure the content is authentic to the creator while strictly adhering to the brand’s narrative and visual standards.
  • Campaign Management: Handle the end-to-end logistics, including contract negotiations, shipping product samples, and managing creative timelines.
  • Execution & Follow-up: Maintain rigorous follow-up schedules to ensure content is produced, approved, and posted according to the campaign calendar.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign data (engagement, reach, conversions) to report on ROI and optimize future talent selection.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience managing influencer campaigns, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Relationship Management: An expert communicator who can build rapport with creators while remaining firm on deadlines and deliverables.
  • Visual Storytelling: A strong eye for content quality and an understanding of what makes a video or image "scroll-stopping" in today’s social landscape.
  • Operational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills. You should be comfortable managing multiple spreadsheets, calendars, and threads without breaking a sweat.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate fair rates and usage rights that benefit both the client and the influencer.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Modash, Grin, or HypeAuditor).
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithm shifts (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Experience in a performance-driven marketing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
