We are Hiring – Information Desk Receptionist

We are seeking customer-focused and professional individuals for the role of Information Desk Receptionist in Islamabad. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth citizen flow, accurate guidance, and high-quality public service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage citizen queues and guide visitors regarding services, documents, and service counters
  • Provide accurate, compliant, and courteous information at the information desk
  • Address citizen concerns and resolve conflicts within assigned authority
  • Coordinate with internal units and service-providing institutions to ensure smooth operations
  • Register complaints, share service updates with the Call Center, and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare reports, suggest workflow improvements, and perform assigned duties responsibly

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle citizens professionally in high-volume environments
  • Conflict resolution and customer service orientation
  • High level of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity

  • Strong professional presence with a well-groomed appearance appropriate for a public-facing service environment
