A large financial services company is looking for an IT Service Desk Agent to provide top-notch technical support. You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Answer IT support calls and resolve issues quickly

✅ Provide excellent customer service with active listening and empathy

✅ Use a knowledge base and ticketing system to track and solve problems

✅ Communicate clearly via phone, chat, and documentation

✅ Collaborate with teams and follow company policies

What You Need:

✔ High school diploma or GED (plus relevant work experience)

✔ 2-5 years of chat support experience in a fast-paced setting

✔ Strong problem-solving skills & self-motivation

✔ Excellent customer service & communication skills

✔ Ability to troubleshoot software & hardware issues
