Job Description:

Name of the organization: STEM Learning Pvt. Ltd.

Type of Profile: Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 1 to 4 years in relevant profile/field

Salary : According to market standard

Preference will be given to Immediate Joiner only

Qualification:

· Graduate from renowned university.

· Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Proposal Drafting

· Sales Support

· Cold calling

· Lead generation

· Reaching out to high end corporate clients on calls & Emails

· Creating and maintaining a database of current and Potential clients

· Researching and qualifying new leads

· Documentation

· Assisting BD team with the meetings

Selection Criteria:

· Excellent inter personnel and communication skills

· Creative thinking skills.

· The patience and skills to interact with customers in speech communication.

· Good Sales ability

· Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting clients.

· Shorthand on MS Word, Excel, Power Point.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
