Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) preferred

Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Real Estate Sales Executive who has hands-on experience in residential/commercial property sales. Candidates with a Civil Engineering background (B.Tech Civil) will be given preference, as technical understanding of construction adds value in client discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales cycles for residential and plotted development projects.
• Engage with leads from digital platforms, walk-ins, channel partners, and referral networks.
• Conduct site visits, explain project details, amenities, pricing, and technical specifications.
• Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Collaborate with internal teams (construction, legal, CRM) to ensure smooth booking and handover.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update sales reports, follow-up trackers, and CRM entries.
• Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
• B.Tech Civil preferred for better technical understanding of sites and project specifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups independently.
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
• Familiarity with Bangalore Construction market is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
• Good understanding of construction basics, layouts, and approvals.
• Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (added advantage).
• CRM usage experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
