The role requires a proactive professional who can manage customer communication, coordinate sales activities, and contribute to business growth through lead generation and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Share proposals and quotations with customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with clients on payments and ensure timely collections.
- Schedule and arrange meetings between clients and internal teams.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Perform cold and warm calling to generate interest and qualify leads (commission-based incentives).
- Drive lead generation activities to support business development (commission-based incentives).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of deals.
