Inside Sales Specialist (FEMALE)

We are hiring an energetic Inside Sales Specialist to support our sales operations in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry. The role requires a proactive professional who can manage customer communication, coordinate sales activities, and contribute to business growth through lead generation and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Share proposals and quotations with customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with clients on payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings between clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Perform cold and warm calling to generate interest and qualify leads (commission-based incentives).
  • Drive lead generation activities to support business development (commission-based incentives).
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of deals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles within the IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle payment follow-ups and client coordination professionally.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude toward achieving targets.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and working on commission-based incentives.
