Key Responsibilities :

• Endorsements and policy changes
• Certificates of insurance (COIs)
• Renewals support
• Quoting and re-quoting
• Email and phone handling (inbound and outbound)
• Outbound calls to gather information from prospects and clients on Reagan's behalf
• Remarketing and reporting support
• Policy documents and carrier forms
• Billing and payments assistance

Requirements :

• Excellent English.
• Must be trained and experienced on EZLynx.
• At least 2 years of prior experience working at an insurance agency in a CSR role.
• Strong knowledge of personal and commercial lines.
• Able to handle outbound prospecting calls to gather client information.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom.
• Minimum Internet speed of 100 MBPS fiber connection.
