Interior Design Sales Executive – Commission Based (Female)

Maklad Design is expanding our team, and we are looking for a confident, driven, and well-connected Female Interior Design Sales Executive to join us on a commission-only basis.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about interior design, fit-out, and design & build projects, with a strong network in the UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and bring interior design, fit-out, joinery, and landscaping projects to the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, brokers, consultants, and business owners.
• Promote Maklad Design’s end-to-end (A–Z) design and execution services.
• Arrange client meetings and support the management team in closing deals.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven background or strong interest in interior design, fit-out, real estate, or construction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Must have an existing network or a strong ability to build one.
• Experience in bringing projects to previous companies is a strong advantage.
