Interior Designer

Midland College of Health Sciences is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design, plan, and execute interior spaces of our academic and administrative facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, space utilization, and functionality to create a professional and inspiring environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Plan and design functional spaces including classrooms, labs, offices, and common areas.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and color schemes.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and management for project execution.
• Ensure designs are aligned with institutional requirements, safety standards, and budgets.
• Present design ideas and mood boards to management for approval.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior designing (educational or commercial projects preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other design software.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and space planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
