Position: HR Intern
Location: G 13/4 Islamabad
Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)
Duration: 3 Months (with the possibility of extension or full-time role based on performance)

Role Overview

The HR Intern will assist the HR team in daily administrative tasks, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to kick start their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
• Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations.
• Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Job Specification – HR Intern Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
