Intern HR

Islamabad, Pakistan

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation.
  • Help in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Draft and prepare HR-related letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in attendance tracking and leave management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior internship or academic project experience in HR is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
