Job Responsibilities:

As an Talent Onboarding and HR Compliance Manager, your role will encompass various

responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Onboarding New Employees:

● Conduct orientation sessions to align new hires with the company culture and values.

● Follow up on their Training Schedules and organize relevant training as and when

required.

● Track attendance of new joiners in training and meetings.

● Update work on necessary trackers and systems put in place.

Hiring and Recruitment:

● Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.

● Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, conducting interviews,

reference checks, screening and candidate selection.

● Setup an internal hiring process and strategies to help the organization grow.

Employee Engagement:

● Cultivate a dynamic and engaged community within the organization.

● Monitor and promptly address employee inquiries, grievance, comments, and feedback.

Community Building:

● Build and maintain a close-knit community among all stakeholders, including parents,

children, schools, employees, and other partners.

HR Administration:

● Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.

● Support with any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company

Location: Inisghte, Brookefield

Timings - 10-7pm, Monday - Friday

Hybrid mode
