Experts Communication is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Business Development Executive to expand our global reach. If you have 2+ years of experience in international sales, a passion for closing deals, and strong communication & negotiation skills, we encourage you to apply.

Note: Design Sales Experience is a must have.

Position Details:

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: PKR 80K to 150K Basic + Attendance Allowance + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in international markets
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential target markets
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of international leads with timely follow-ups
• Negotiate and close high-value sales deals
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report insights to senior management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in web, design, and development
• Proven negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Ability to handle both new client acquisition and upselling strategies
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of international markets and client expectations
• Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM)
• Excellent time management and leadership abilities
