International Call Centre (Sales Executive/Closer)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000 - Rs75,000 + Sales Commissions and Bonuses per month.
Experience: Call Center: 1-2 years (Preferred)

We are hiring a confident, English-fluent individual with experience in international customer service or tele sales (preferably US or Canada campaigns) to support our expanding home security and automation operations. The role involves handling customer enquiries, booking appointments, following up on leads, and assisting clients through the installation and activation process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls, messages, and web enquiries from customers (via phone, SMS, Meta, or website chat)
• Schedule technician visits or system installation appointments by coordinating with US/Canada-based teams
• Follow up with potential clients to address questions, explain product benefits, and close sales
• Support documentation, contract signing, and payment/deposit follow-ups
• Update CRM and maintain detailed notes for every lead and interaction
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth service delivery
• Achieve weekly targets for appointments booked, installations completed, and sales conversions
