Role Overview

We are seeking a globally minded International Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience working with overseas buyers, investors, and expatriates. You will be responsible for managing international property transactions, providing market insights, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients navigating the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist international clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi
• Conduct virtual and in-person property viewings and consultations
• Provide expert advice on market trends, legal procedures, and investment opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with global clients, developers, and referral partners
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to support client needs
• Translate and explain contracts and documentation when required
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records
• Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to team growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international real estate sales or consulting
• Strong understanding of the UAE property market and global investment trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Chinese, French, German, Italian) are a strong advantage
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital communication tools
• Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and culturally aware
