International Sales and Support Executive

About Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Support Agent to join our expanding textile business, located in PECHS, Karachi. If you're fluent in English, have a background in customer service or sales, and are comfortable working night shifts, we'd love to hear from you.

Position: Sales & Support Agent:

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with international clients via live chat, email, and calls

Understand client requirements and provide accurate quotations and product info

Support customers throughout the sales cycle and post-sales process

Maintain CRM and ensure timely follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, design)

Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English

Prior experience in textiles, apparel, or B2B sales preferred

Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

Self-motivated and responsible during night shifts

Strong customer service and communication skills

Shift: Night Shift (Full-time, On-site)

Industry: Textile Manufacturing & Export

Experience: 3 to 5 years (Sales or Customer Support, preferably international market)

Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
