Kobe Motors is looking for suitable/experienced candidates for the position of International Sales Executive - Auto Trade.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' work experience in international soles including Telesales (automotive sector preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work Independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with international trade and logistics is an advantage.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Consistently reach out to global prospects via outbound Telesales to generate new business opportunities,
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively market auction Inventory through WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and sustain long-term partnerships with global clients and automotive dealers
  • Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, present compelling offers, and convert prospects into confirmed sales.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline to reach monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM records with detailed client interactions.
