Job description:
- Location: Karachi
- Shift Timings: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
- Experience: 0–2 years in sales
- Qualification: Intermediate / A Level

Skills: Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude during all customer interactions
- Achieve sales activity goals using telephone-based selling techniques
- Respond promptly to inbound sales calls, following call handling guidelines and metrics
- Sell products/services to new and existing customers with upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Gain proficiency in order processing systems, including sales order entry and inquiries
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
