About the Role

Renexus Resource Group is seeking a high-performing and ambitious International Sales Executive to join our growing global business development team in Karachi. This position plays a key role in driving international revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and strengthening our global market presence.

Core Responsibilities

As part of the international sales division, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and client outreach to deal closure and ongoing relationship management.

  • Global Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and convert potential international clients through structured outbound communication and follow-ups.
  • Pipeline Development: Manage leads from prospecting to conversion, ensuring a consistent and results-driven sales funnel.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate effectively, and close deals aligned with company goals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions, leads, and sales progress within the CRM system.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional post-sale support for clients.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about emerging market trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer needs to guide sales strategies.

Candidate Profile

We are searching for confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to achieve consistent sales growth.

  • Experience: 6 months–2 years of relevant sales experience; exposure to international or B2B markets will be a strong advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively across global markets.
  • Sales Proficiency: Sound understanding of client engagement, sales cycles, and closing techniques; familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, target-focused, and able to perform effectively with minimal supervision.
