Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and converting hot leads. This role involves timely follow-ups via phone and email, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and qualify hot leads provided.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups through calls and emails to maintain engagement.
  • Clearly communicate our services and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Build strong rapport and trust with prospects to understand their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in CRM tools.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and client needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple prospects simultaneously and manage follow-ups efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email communication platforms.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: 9pm-6am
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal Block 13-A

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
