International Sales Executive

We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Specialist

(Software, Digital Marketing & Talent Acquisition Services | Service-Based)


Sindion is looking for a Senior Sales Specialist with proven experience in selling service-based solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands technology, marketing, and workforce solutions and knows how to identify the right clients and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential B2B clients looking for:

-Software or digital marketing projects

-Hiring individual professionals

-Dedicated teams (technical or marketing)

-Reach out to key decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, CTOs, HR Managers, Marketing Managers)

-Understand client needs and recommend the right model:

*Project-based services

*Dedicated resource

*Full outsourced team

*Sell custom service-based solutions, not ready-made products

*Present and sell services, including:

-UI/UX Design

-Web & Mobile Application Development

-Custom Software Solutions

-Cloud Deployment & Hosting

-Landing Pages

-Content Creation & Social Media Management

-Paid Advertising Campaigns

-Creative Assets (Posts, Reels, GIFs)

-Talent Acquisition (technical & non-technical hiring)

-Outsourcing & Dedicated Teams

-Manage the full sales cycle:

* Lead generation & targeting

* Client meetings & presentations

* Proposals & deal closing

* Collaborate with technical, marketing, and HR teams to define project scope and resource needs

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


Requirements:

* 3–5 years of experience in Sales within:

-Software Houses

-Digital / Marketing Agencies

-Talent Acquisition or Outsourcing companies

* Proven experience in selling services (not products)

* Strong understanding of:

-Software development lifecycle

-Web & mobile technologies

-Digital marketing and paid advertising

-Hiring & outsourcing models

* Existing client database or strong professional network

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

* Ability to prepare proposals and present solutions professionally

* Very good command of English.

Important Note (Please Read Carefully):

This role is strictly for service-based sales.

Candidates whose experience is limited to selling SaaS subscriptions, software licenses, or ready-made products only will not be considered.

Proven experience in software services, digital marketing services, and/or talent acquisition & outsourcing is required.
