Job Description:

OOP Technologies is looking for motivated and energetic Call Center Agents for our night shift. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to generate and close leads for SEO and Web Development services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (international market).
• Promote and explain company services (SEO & Web Development).
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain call records and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Must have dialing experience in SEO and Web Development campaigns.
• Fresh candidates can apply if they have excellent English communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
