Your Role & Responsibilities

As part of our international sales development team, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and establishing strong business relationships worldwide:

• Client Outreach: Connect with global prospects through calls and emails to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Business Communication: Present products and services professionally, demonstrating clear understanding and value to potential clients.
• Target Achievement: Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly sales milestones in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in structured training and mentorship programs to strengthen your negotiation and sales strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share insights, resolve challenges, and ensure collective success.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for individuals who are ready to learn, adapt, and excel in a high-energy, international setting.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, O/A Levels, or currently pursuing university studies.
• Communication: Strong command of spoken and written English, suitable for professional international interaction.
• Experience: 6–12 months of prior exposure to sales, customer service, or international communication is preferred but not mandatory.
• Mindset: A proactive attitude, enthusiasm for sales, and a desire to achieve results in a competitive, performance-driven culture.
