Job Purpose
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory across The Scent Library’s retail branches in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, and the online store. This role requires strong expertise in e-commerce, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in handling invoicing, email correspondence, and shipment coordination to ensure smooth stock flow and order fulfillment.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for all retail branches and online platforms.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy across all locations.
- Oversee stock transfers between branches, warehouse, and online store.
- Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate with the respective teams to resolve issues.
- Track product movement, sales trends, and ensure adequate stock levels to meet demand.
E-commerce & Online Fulfillment
- Manage inventory for the online store, ensuring accurate product availability updates.
- Coordinate order processing, packing, and shipment of online orders.
- Monitor online sales platforms and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving items.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to support promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Shipment & Logistics
- Coordinate with courier/shipping companies for timely delivery of online and inter-branch transfers.
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery notes, and shipment documents.
- Track shipments and update customers or branch managers regarding delivery status.
- Handle returns, damages, and exchanges as per company policy.
Communication & Reporting
- Manage email correspondence related to inventory, shipments, and supplier communication.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, branch requirements, and online sales fulfillment.
- Communicate with branch in-charges and head office to ensure smooth stock flow and problem resolution.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all inventory procedures comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate filing of invoices, shipment records, and inventory documents.
- Support audits and provide inventory data as required by management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as Inventory Coordinator, Inventory Controller, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and online order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in email handling, invoicing, and shipment documentation.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple branches.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, inventory software, ERP systems preferred).

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
