Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at KEY CAPITAL PROPERTIES . The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a desire to provide outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing guidance and support throughout the process.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine property values and advise clients on pricing strategies.

- Create compelling property listings with high-quality photos and descriptions to attract potential buyers.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, fellow agents, and industry professionals to expand your network and generate referrals.

- Organize and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase properties.

- Negotiate contracts, offers, and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best outcomes.

- Oversee all aspects of the transaction process, including inspections, appraisals, and closing procedures.

- Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

- Experience: minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai Real Estate Industry
