Job Description:

To generate sales and investment opportunities by promoting Apex Group projects and other approved real estate assets. The consultant acts as a trusted advisor for investors and buyers, ensuring smooth deal flow, accurate guidance, and brand integrity under Apex Properties.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Lead Generation & Networking

• Prospect and onboard clients for property sales and investments.
• Source new listings within Apex projects and select external properties.
• Develop relationships with brokers, developers, and overseas partners for leads.

B. Client Advisory & Sales

• Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment goals.
• Recommend projects or resale opportunities that meet ROI and risk appetite.
• Conduct client meetings, property visits (physical/virtual), and negotiations.
• Ensure deal documentation, booking, and payment follow-up as per Apex SOPs.

C. Investment Portfolio Management

• Advise clients on diversification within Apex Group projects.
• Organize clients data and investment tracking through CRM.
• Provide after-sales service and assist in resale or portfolio exit strategies.

D. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Apex marketing, legal, and accounts departments for deal execution.
• Submit weekly reports on leads, prospects, and conversions to the Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in real estate sales or investment consulting (experience with overseas clients is a plus).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of the Lahore property market and investment trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
