Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Investment Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role focuses on advising investors, promoting off‑plan and ready properties, and closing high-value transactions. The ideal candidate is analytical, sales-driven, and confident working with both local and international investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities, ROI, market trends, and portfolio strategies.
  • Promote and sell off‑plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
  • Conduct investment presentations, property tours, and virtual consultations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified investors and buyers.
  • Manage leads through CRM systems and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • Prepare and deliver market reports, pricing analyses, and investment proposals.
  • Negotiate offers and close high-value sales transactions.
  • Stay updated on new launches, regulatory changes, and market performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales or investment advisory is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of property investment, ROI, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional appearance and ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
