Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated IR Officer to join our team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer and merchant complaints, ensuring timely resolutions, and maintaining smooth coordination between internal departments. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure same-day closure of complaint tickets.
  • Handle walk-in customers and self-collection complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinate between Customer Service and Operations teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Manage escalations, PODs/PORs, and product-related complaints.
  • Maintain accurate complaint records and follow up on pending issues.
  • Support process improvement by identifying recurring complaint trends.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum 14 years of education).
  • Experience: Prior experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce industry preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
  • Effective problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs37,000.00 per month
