As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced "IT BUSINESS PARTNER" to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an IT Business Partner, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, contributing to the optimization of outcomes, and driving strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders (IT, Finance, Planning, Logistics, HR and E-Commerce) to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for leveraging technology, and develop plans to enhance our competitive advantage.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematical Engineering, etc.),
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar industry,
• Preferably experienced in similar roles, familiar with project management methodologies, and holding PMP certification,
• Capable of conducting business analysis,
• Experienced in SQL and PL/SQL for the E-commerce Product Owner position, experienced in accounting processes for the Accounting/Finance Product Owner position,
• Proficient in software development processes,
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills,
• Able to take initiative and responsibility,
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,
• Proven experience in strategic planning and project management,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish connections between business needs and existing technical capabilities to seek optimal solutions,
• Contribute to the planning and development of strategies for utilizing technology to create new opportunities and gain a competitive edge,
• Collaborate with users to coordinate development needs and system projects,
• Analyze the business domain, identify existing processes, and determine the data or information required for new opportunities,
• Document the "current" and "desired" states of processes and explain the changes required to transition to the "desired" state,
• Lead discussions and make recommendations for complex or innovative technical developments to improve software quality,
• Ensure prioritization of development in alignment with business requirements and define necessary roadmaps,
• Participate in activities related to the design, development, and maintenance of digital capabilities within the enterprise architecture,
• Conduct complex feasibility studies from both technological and organizational perspectives.
• Establish and manage partnerships for retail processes,
• Create and manage partnerships focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes,
• Develop and manage partnerships for web and mobile applications, e-commerce, logistics, finance, and human resources processes.
