Experience Required: 3+ Years (Telecom or Mobile Accessories Industry Preferred)
Salary 50 K

Job Summary:

The IT Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations, provides technical support, and implements technological solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Monitor IT systems and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, and network security systems
• Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes
• Maintain IT inventory including systems, licenses, and accessories
• Install and update operating systems, antivirus, and applications
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, and support
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime
• Assist in implementation of ERP systems or new technologies
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection
• Familiarity with Windows, servers, and office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support or administration
• Certifications (optional): CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, etc.

• System uptime percentage
• Ticket resolution time
• User satisfaction score
• Network/security incidents handled
• IT cost efficiency
